Rosa, la anfitriona encantadora, siempre dispuesta a ayudar, facilitándote la entrada al alojamiento. El apartamento muy limpio y confortable
Se echa de menos el que no tenga parking, la verdad es que no es fácil aparcar por esa zona, y más si tienes que mover el coche si o si, pero es el único pero que le pongo.

The apartment is in a very good location and is fully equipped, neat and clean.
It fully corresponds to the pictures shown. There is public transport nearby that can take you to any part of the city. The parking lot is very close and is illuminated. Heating is quite enough. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom is fully functional. The owner is very kind and accommodating and dedicated to solving all possible problems.

Die Lage ist toll und es gab auch Parkplätze in der Umgebung. Schlüsselübergabe bzw. Self Check-In war unkompliziert, der Kontakt mit Rosa freundlich und schnell.
Das Apartment war sehr gut ausgestattet, auch die Küche hatte alles was ich benötigte.
Leider war es nicht sehr sauber, Flecken auf der Couch und auf der Tagesdecke im Schlafzimmer, auch in der Küche musste ich alles vorher spülen und auf Flecken/Reste kontrollieren. Auch die Wände könnten mal wieder einen Anstrich vertragen. Alles in allem war es eher schmuddelig.
Das Apartment ist sehr hellhörig und laut, hinterm Schlafzimmer befindet sich die Abfahrt zur Tiefgarage, hier fuhren Mopeds bis spät ein und aus.
