About this house rental
Your own private two acre retreat in paradise with beautiful views of the water. Private sandy beach. Located next door to the Reefhouse Resort and Marina, and within walking distance of restaurants and bars. New 2800 square foot home with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There is also a 1960 Conch House original to the property, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, newly renovated. The smaller Conch House is great for older guests who prefer a little privacy. Unobstructed views of the famous Florida Keys sunsets and Blackwater Sound (Part of Florida Bay). Easy access to many outdoor activities. Quiescence Dive Shop next door for easy scuba diving or snorkeling on world class reefs. See dolphins or manatee playing just off your beach. Key Largo was chosen as our destination by my son for his senior trip because he and his friends just wanted to fish. Every evening, my three sons, their friends, and my husband would fish. They caught so many mangrove snapper, jacks, and sharks right off Finger Point, During the day, we relaxed in the pool and snorkeled. Pictures of this property do not do it justice. The landscaping is breathtaking! The house is immaculate and you can tell that there has been much thought put into all the details. The kitchen is very well-equipped for families like ours who prefer to cook. We ate fresh mahi and snapper for a few meals and had everything we needed to prepare it. The Conch Cottage was the perfect place for the boys to stay, and the boathouse with the big screen tv and recliners was an added surprise. The layout of the main house is open, and we were all able to comfortably gather there for meals and to watch a few World Cup games. Besides a couple of charter trips and quick runs to Publix, we did not leave the property because there was so much to do at The Louisiana Purchase. We were also exited to learn that Walmart delivers to the property, so we were able to order most of our groceries and have them delivered. We had an amazing week and hope to return soon!

Everything about this property exceeded expectations. Our family of ten stayed for one week and we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. Lots of space to dine together and play games but also places to be alone to read, nap and gaze at the views. Stores, restaurants and options for activities all in close proximity. We have rented several VRBO properties and this competes for a top spot.

Absolutely beautiful VRBO. We brought the 18 month old 5, 9, 12, and 16 year old. The grandparents stayed in the cottage. Everyone loved it. The view and privacy is unmatched. The kids were in the pool the majority of the time and being that it's only 4 feet deep that made us feel a little safer.Communication with Van, the property owner, was great. It had everything you'd want and more. We'll definitely be coming back.

This property is amazing! You do not have to leave the property if you do not want to. You can fish, swim, relax all in the comfort of your own little paradise. We will definitely be back.
