This 7BR 6BA 4700 SF 3 story waterfront home is located on corner of canal 50 yds from open ocean. All the amenities- 2 complete kitchens, tiki hut with TV and bar, grill, pool, 2 jacuzzis, large open areas and porches for entertaining, parties, special events. 7 BRs: 3 kings, 2 queens, 1 twins plus kids room with 8 bunk beds. WiFi, flat screen HDs with all channels. 100 ft dock space with shore power, cleaning station, 2 sets of davits, storage room with chest freezer, 4 kayaks, etc. 3 fridge/freezers, 2 pairs washer/dryer. Ice machine and floating dock. Fisherman's dream! Seawall whips for boat plus bumpers on pilings. Flat roof 4th level with spectacular ocean views ideal for private sunbathing. We had an incredible 30 day stay. The home is huge, completely equipped and the location is convenient to everything. John was an awesome host, very accommodating and he even had the home decorated for the holidays. We are already missing waking to ocean views every morning and eagerly look forward to another vacation in this beautiful home. Very highly recommended!

We had an great time in Key Largo and loved this rental property. The house worked perfect for our large extended family. Everyone had their own space and we loved the outdoor lanai. Plenty of room for both of our boats, and the kayaks were an added bonus! Would definitely stay again. John was extremely helpful and courteous, and made renting very easy.
