la atención
cuando llegamos (llegamos a las 6) no nos tenian toallas , nos toco esperar hasta la 728 pm que llegaran con ellas. Nosotras teniamos una reunión a las 8 pm y evidentemente la demora del hotel hizo que llegaramos tarde. El domingo fuimos a tomar el sol y los asoliadores estaban dañados, entonces no podian usarse. Especificamente en el que me sente tenia el espaldar suelto. el baño de mujeres de la pscina tenia la tapa suelta y no se pudo usar

Muy lindas las instalaciones, la cama súper cómoda, espacios muy tranquilos para disfrutar en pareja, la comida deliciosa y Velys nos atendió increíblemente bien, sin duda volveremos pronto.

Location, gardens, friendly staff
The rooms were not sparkling clean, the rooms decoration were not appropriate, they should do a better job with the quality of the rooms.
