Modern & spacious apartment near La Concha Bay

Great location, comfortable bed, good shower pressure.

Renovations were being completed in the building during our 4 night stay. Two of the mornings we were woken at 9am with loud crashing noise as they tipped tiles in to the skip bin below the bedroom window. I feel we should have been informed of this prior to our stay and either offered a refund or a reduced rate. We were out late most nights so found this an annoying disturbance. I feel we paid a lot for the accommodation and it wasn’t value for money, there were no coffee pods provided, no washing powder and no dishwashing tablets provided for the dishwasher. I had to go out and buy all these things and for the price we paid these things need to be included.

The complex is undergoing a lot of renovations. The apartment looks like it has been renovated in the last few years. Facilities and water pressure are good with everything needed for a short stay. The bedding, including the pillows very good. The lounge could do with some updates We visited in late autumn and even though some days reached above 30 degrees the evenings cooled enough and we found we could sleep with the doors closed. As summer progresses and the weather warms I imagine it will be challenging to sleep comfortably. The balcony is very small but there is room in the apartment to relax and unwind after being at the beach, shops and old town which are so close by. San Sebastián holds a special place in our hearts and so long as it’s not high summer I would stay here again.

The lounge and decor could do with some updates. It’s very quiet with the windows and doors closed and it’s not a busy street, but when they are open to let fresh air in you hear the comings and goings of the street.

This apartment was in a fantastic spot in San Seb. Walking distance to everywhere easily. Quiet at night. There was plenty of room for 2 each having our own room but would easily take 4. The beds were very comfortable. The hosts very attentive 😊

Nothing. No air con so may be hot in summer

De Locatie kon niet beter! Supercentraal! Daarnaast ook een zeer aangenaam appartement. Stille omgeving, proper, goed ingericht, alles is er.

Misschien moet men iets beter beschrijven hoe je de eerste keer binnen geraakt. Gelukkig deed een andere bewoner voor ons de deur open. Eens binnen is alles heel duidelijk en liggen er 2 sleutels klaar.
