About this apartment rental
This gorgeous and spacious condo on a quiet street just off the sand is beach living at its best! Serenity Now is a three bedroom, two and a half bathroom home that sleeps 6 in comfort and style.
The large and naturally lit main living area has an open living room-kitchen-dining area. The living room comes equipped with a large flat screen smart television with surround sound, as well as a selection of movies and games. The fully equipped kitchen boasts beautiful cabinetry, granite counter tops, bar seating, and stainless appliances. The kitchen is well stocked with a coffee maker, toaster, a broad array of pots, pans, and cooking utensils, and a selection of pantry items to help you whip up delicious meals after a day on the beach.
The Master Suite has a King bed, walk-in closet, and a private bath with walk-in shower and double sinks. One guest bedroom has a King bed, and the other has two twin beds. All bedrooms come equipped with flat screen smart televisions.
Bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels are included with all rentals, so all you need to bring is your swimsuit, sunscreen, and flipflops!
The large covered L-shaped deck is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea breezes or entertain a group. Ceiling fans and outdoor speakers help create the perfect ambiance for al fresco dining all summer long.
Serenity Now is located three blocks North of Johnnie Mercer's Pier, and four houses from the beach access. There is parking for three cars - two in the garage, and one in the driveway. The garage also contains beach chairs, beach toys, and a gas grill you are free to use during your stay. After a day on the beach, there is an outdoor shower to wash the sand away.
For active guests, there are plenty of other nearby options - kayak and paddleboard rentals, surfing, golf, or simply exploring the island on a long relaxing walk.
For foodies, there are dozens of excellent dining options both around the island, or a short drive away in downtown Wilmington.

This property is very well maintained and is literally steps from the beach. They provide guest with SO many “extras”, the garage is full of beach gear supplies, bikes, ect. When we arrived there was standard things like ketchup, mayo ect in the fridge. It’s so nice they don’t throw that away from the last guest! We even found some Mac and cheese and snacks in the cabinets. Plenty of towels and beach towels were provided. They had a stocked medicine cabinet with bandaids and more! Host was super responsive and even offered his cell phone number. The only “con” with this property was the amount of foot traffic in the unit above us. As it was a holiday weekend they had several guest and it sounds loud even though they are simply walking around upstairs. Overall it was an amazing experience and we would book this place again!

Ahhhhhhh! Our whole family felt at home in this beautifully appointed, perfectly situated condo. This was our second year at Wrightsville Beach and we will definitely return. Two weeks was heavenly to decompress and disconnect. Our generous hosts had thought of EVERYTHING from beach towels and chairs to shade pavilions and bicycles. During our stay, we made coffee in the Keurig to take the short distance to the beach for sunrise. Then we collected our beach gear from the condo’s spacious garage and staked out a spot near the public beach access to enjoy a day of boogie boarding, reading, and napping. The house was close enough to pop home for cold drinks or to check the soccer scores via Roku. We cooked in most nights, taking advantage of Monday’s farmers market and fresh-caught fish from Mott’s, in the gorgeous kitchen. (This is not your typical beach kitchen, either! Our hosts have great cookware and small appliances and an impressive spice rack and pantry which we were encouraged to share and contribute to.) We also enjoyed a couple dinners out at Shark Bar just a 3-block walk away, and we rode bikes or walked south to pick up breakfast burritos from Tower7 (Fri-Sun) and iced lavender honey lattes from The Workshop. When we weren’t making the most of the beach itself or cozied up on the huge comfy sectional inside, our student athletes kept their tennis/soccer/volleyball skills sharp in the cool early morning hours at the municipal recreation complex.
