This house is the perfect place to create lifelong memories for you and your family! “Sol Domain” is located at 24 Endless Summer Way West, Panama City Beach, FL. 32413, in the heart of gorgeous Seacrest Beach. You are just a short walk to the breath taking 12,000 sq ft lagoon swimming pool or the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. At the cottage you will find everything you possibly need to enjoy an unforgettable Florida beach vacation… at a great value!
This 3BR/3BA home is fully furnished with style and comfort in mind. Upon arrival you will find an amazing front porch with seating for five and ceiling fans above. It’s a great place to relax after a fun filled day on the beach or at the “one of a kind” Seacrest lagoon swimming pool. As you enter the house, you walk into a living room with high ceilings, hardwood floors, plenty of comfortable seating (including an oversized sectional couch), a large flat screen TV and lots of games and DVD’s for your family to enjoy. All decorated in a “beach chic” style that will get you into vacation mode as soon as you walk in the door!
The dining area has a beautiful round table that seats 6 people comfortably. 2 bar stools at the kitchen bar are terrific for casual dining or breakfast.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, granite counter tops, a Keurig coffee maker and a spacious pantry with plenty of storage. The kitchen is fully stocked with tableware for 16 and all the utensils needed to enjoy home cooked meals of any kind. The dining and kitchen area open to the living area and offer an intimate and comfortable living space. Don’t feel like cooking? No problem! You are able to walk, bike or take a short car (or golf cart) ride to a number of fantastic dining spots in Seacrest, Rosemary or Alys Beaches. Adjacent to the kitchen is a screened-in porch that is perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or an “after beach” drink.
The house includes free wireless internet access and a laundry closet with full-size washer and dryer. There is also an outdoor shower, ideal for washing off after a day at the beach, and two off-street parking spaces.
The master bedroom has an ultra comfortable King size bed, flat screen TV and plenty of closet space. On one side of the master suite you have a spacious master bathroom complete with dual sinks, tile floors, a tub and an enclosed shower. On the other side, double glass doors walk out to a back deck that looks down upon your own outdoor patio. The stone paver patio includes a charcoal grill, chaise lounges for sunbathing and relaxing.
