Centrally located and very friendly staff! Room was what we needed and more!

Only one entrance

Extremely clean and the staff were exceptionally polite and attentive.

Traffic exiting the property can be a challenge.

Overall, Home2Suites are nice properties.

Staff willingness to help. Asked if I could have a milk, like is served at breakfast. Was told no, you have to wait until morning. I thought this was a little petty. Then later needed a few pages copied, very willing to pay for it (as is common practice in 95% of hotels I have stayed in over the years). This request was met with exaggerated attitude. Most staff very nice, this individual probably could benefit from some training to reinforce that it is ok for customers to interrupt her cell screen time while she is being paid to help customers. If I asked too much, then I apologize. But I really thought, based on 37 years of business travel, that I was not out of line. Also, families in their cars playing the stereo and children playing and screaming right outside my window until 2330 (this is no exaggeration). Of course I wanted to go out and say something but also did not want to get shot. I'm not sure why nothing was done about this as I'm sure the hotel has security that patrols the grounds?
