Booked with another hotel in Charleston, my card was charged and I received booking confirmation from Agoda. Upon arrival I was informed they would not honor my reservation and to contact Agoda. I was sent to this motel by Agoda customer service. Lost the money I was charged for the first room and due to the horrible conditions at the Ashy had to leave and fumigate my luggage and other belongings after finding a third room on my dime. Do not stay here. Shameful establishment
