Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.
There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VI and this 2br condo. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.
Come relax on the huge 1st floor glass enclosed balcony directly overlooking the outdoor pool with great views of the gulf. Open the three sliding doors in the balcony to enjoy the fresh gulf air. We have a King bed in the master and 2 doubles in the guest bedroom. We also have a keyless entry lock on the front door so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!! We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.
FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE ADDITIONAL 3BR, 2BR AND 1BR UNITS AT PHOENIX VI
Parking: We have a free parking spot in the garage, the front desk will give you a pass upon arrival. For an additional pass they are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the pass and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Check in was easy, no problems. Unit was located on the first floor with one covered parking spot. Very nice unit. Kitchen was fine. Nice enclosed balcony to look out on pool and beach area. Bedrooms were roomy. The beds were not the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Refrigerator has ice maker but it was not working. Pool area was big and very clean. Nice boardwalk to walk to the beach. We had a really great time.

THIS IS A MIST TO BOOK! THE ROOM IS AMAZING AND IT COMES WITH YOUR OWN HUGE BALCONY WITH DOORS TO LET THE AIR IN! WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN! CHECK IN AND COMMUNICATION OF THE OWNER WAS EXCELLENT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
