Villa Case San Bartolo is located in the middle of the protected nature reserve Parco del Monte San Bartolo, a green hilly and wooded area, at an altitude of 170 meters, 5 minutes from the Adriatic Sea and half an hour from the mountains. Near the nice place Pesaro.

Case San Bartolo, located in a large private park and forest of three hectares, consists of two houses dating from 1700. Both houses have been restored with respect for the environment. The owners live in one house and the other house consists of three spacious and elegant apartments that belong to the villa.
All apartments have a separate entrance and a private terrace / patio with garden furniture and parasol or veranda, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate living and sleeping area. There is WiFi in every apartment.
It is the perfect situation for a group of friends who want to celebrate their holidays together but also want some privacy. It is possible to eat all together on the large lawn in front of the 3 apartments where there is an enchanting view of the hills of the Marche.
Beach lovers, but also nature lovers, walkers and cyclists can indulge themselves here, because there is something for everyone here. The country house is also a good base for trips to Urbino, Fano, San Leo, San Marino and Gradara.
A unique combination of coast, mountains, unspoilt nature and medieval villages makes this part of Italy a very attractive area.

The infinity pool
The large swimming pool of 14 x 7 m, is on a lower level than the villa and can be reached via a staircase full of roses or over the lawn. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden full of herbs and flowers and completely fenced. It has a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.50 m. The infinity pool has natural cleaning by salt hydrolysis, so chlorine free, with internal and external lighting and steps for access to the water. Around the swimming pool there are sun beds and umbrellas. Next to the pool a solar heated shower. Also from here a beautiful view of the rolling hills of the Marche and the castle of Gradara.

IL GELSOMINO is a two-room apartment of 45 square meters for 3/4 people, which has a large terrace on a beautiful garden where you can enjoy a great panoramic view of the beautiful hilly landscape of Le Marche. LE VIOLE is a spacious three-room apartment of 70 m2 for 4/6 people. The private outside space has a pergola with garden furniture. LE GINESTRE is a three-room apartment of 65 square meters suitable for 4/5 people and located on two floors. The private outside space is also equipped with a pergola with garden furniture.
Case San Bartolo is the ideal destination for friends / family who are looking for a peaceful and relaxing environment on the coast and in nature to discover the beauty of the Marche region.
