There is a waterfront Tiki Bar and restaurant (with live music) just a few steps away. 27 hole golf course, tennis, pickelball and fitness center. Watch the kids and friends from the fully equipped kitchen . The trading post adjacent to the restaurant offers convenience to groceries,breakfast cafe deli and ship store that rents kayaks. Had a great time, great place for two people. Mike was great with communicating. The condo is on the marina side, a couple of the pictures made it seem like it was pool side. We were happier it wasn't. Had views of the sunrise & sunset from the lani. Quite place, we are in our 50's and we were the young ones. The restaurant next door has entertainment that was great! We are planning on seeing if the property is available again next year when we travel to Florida.I will gladly recommend this to anyone traveling in the area, unless it's the same time we want it lol

For a post hurricane property it was in decent shape. We had a good time and the amenities were adequate. The condo unit could have used a good and thorough cleaning prior to our arrival.
