About this house rental
A modern historic gem in a 10 unit building in Eastport or as the locals call it the Maritime Republic of Eastport or "MRE". The 1880s building has been fully renovated to capture the old world charm with the exposed factory brick but updated with hard word floors, plantation shutters, granite countered open kitchen concept, living and dining area, double vanity granite master bath, and a private garden area with dining and grill.
This is our home with very few rentals as we want others to treat it like it is their own. This means it is very clean and well equipped with modern conveniences such as central air-conditioning, cable and WiFi. Unrestricted street parking and convenient self entry / door code access . We do not allow pets due to allergies of our own and those who are interested in staying with us.

This cute place worked out perfectly for our stay. The unit is clean, nicely decorated, and well furnished. It is in a safe and convenient neighborhood so it's one less thing we had to worry about during our hectic week with my son's commissioning week activities. The host Jenny was also very pleasant to communicate with. Overall, it's a 5-star place for sure!

My husband and I spent 3 nights at Jenny & Patrick's place in Eastport, Annapolis and enjoyed every minute. We wanted to get a feel for the area, and visit with relatives in Davidsonville and friends in St Michael's. It was the perfect place to stay! We loved walking to the coffee shops and restaurants in Eastport, people were very friendly and we had some amazing food. Our VRBO was clean and so comfortable, had everything we needed and is in a great location. We will definitely rebook next time we're in town!
