Villa Bella @ 'Vista Cay'
This 'Vista Cay' penthouse is located in the building right next to the clubhouse and pool. It has the best location and views in 'Vista Cay' hands down. It is a spectacular 2001 square foot, penthouse/lakefront unit (no need to worry about noise from above) overlooking the pool & Lake Cay. Come back after a long day either at the parks or convention center and relax on our beautifully decorated and comfortable lanai and watch the fireworks at Sea World in the summer. This 'Vista Cay' condo has been professionally decorated with a luxurious and elegant, yet comfortable, tropical flair.
Get comfortable on our sectional sofa while watching your favorite movie or TV show on the 55" Sharp LG Smart TV. DVD player is provided for your entertainment.
The master bedroom is tastefully decorated with a king bed and upgraded mattress and a 42' wall mounted LCD TV with DVD player. The second bedroom has the same deluxe accommodations as the master with a 32' wall mounted flatscreen LCD TV & DVD player. The third bedroom has been furnished with two full beds (no small twins). If you are the last person arriving in your party of 3, no need to worry about getting stuck sleeping in a twin. This room also has a 32' wall mounted flatscreen LCD TV and DVD player. Dining for 8 in the kitchen.
This 'Vista Cay' unit also has a comfortable and spacious office area with a desk and futon to relax on and conclude the day's business. The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances. Washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are also included. No need to bring along the hair dryer. We have supplied them for your convenience. All rooms have lighted ceiling fans. There is also a safe to store your valuables while you are out.
Our 'Vista Cay' condo is located minutes away from Disney World, Sea World and its' new water park Aquatica, Universal Studios and walking distance to the Orlando Orange County Convention Center. If you are traveling with a large group, family or friends, please inquire about the other units that we have at 'Vista Cay.'

We stayed for volleyball nationals—the location is perfect! Spacious! The place was sparkling clean—which matters a lot to us! We will definitely book again next year. Many towels, starter packs of necessities, and a beautiful view of the pool and water. Great communication with host. Very nice housekeeper who helped us retrieve a lost item after we had checked out.5 stars!

This property is nice and it is close to the theme parks. I would say it is fairly well furnished with kitchen needs. The reason I can't give it a better rating is :the lack of towel, horrible mattresses, and noise. Let me explain. The mattresses are horrible. You can feel the springs in them and made sleeping terrible. When we arrived we only had a towel and 1 washcloth for each person. I did text the number and that was taken care of quickly. I did complain about the mattresses but really there was nothing that they could do about that. The other problem was noise. You are right on the pool and they blast music all day until 11pm every night. No naps during the day and no sleep until 11pm. Even when it rains the music is blaring. So if you can handle the music and terrible beds this place is for you. No I want recommend anyone to stay here. We will stay Vista Cay again but not in this unit and away from the pool.
