This modern 3-bedroom, 2-bath tropical home blends comfort and style featuring high ceilings open living spaces indoor-outdoor living. Ideal for families or small groups, the home comfortably sleeps 6 and provides the perfect base to relax, explore, and enjoy the best of the area.
The home features a bright, open-concept layout with large windows that bring in natural light and views of Lake Arenal and the surrounding mountains.
The spacious living area includes a comfortable sectional sofa, dining space, and TV for relaxing after a day outdoors.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a large island, stainless steel gas stove, and everything needed for home cooking. A dedicated workspace and reliable Wi-Fi make it easy to stay connected if needed.
Sleeping arrangements (up to 6 guests):
• Master bedroom: King bed with direct patio access
• Second bedroom: King bed
• Third bedroom: Two full size beds (ideal for families and groups)

This was an amazing stay!The space was much larger than expected and Alexis was an amazing host. While there we enjoyed the view of Lake Arinal, dinner and sunset views at the restaurant across from the property. 10/10 stay. I definitely look forward to coming back for another get away. Thanks for everything Alexis!

We stayed for two nights. The house is quite nice and the restaurant across the road is quite convenient and good. The restaurant also has a great sunset view. The road in is a little rough so highly recommend an SUV. Didn’t need 4x4 to get in but having a bigger car was helpful. The house was a little farther from activities around the volcano than I had anticipated so be mindful that from the house to the volcano is more like 50-55 min.

At first, we received the wrong check-in instructions. We drove an extra 25 min each way from the house to meet with someone for check-in. On the day of the check-in, the owner sent us another message with the correct instructions and house info, but we were on a road trip that day and the internet was not working everywhere plus I wasn't looking for new instructions when I already received one.
I will not recommend driving there after dark: the road along the lake is veeeery wavy and it is very hard to drive.
The house itself was disappointing.. at first, it is very dirty: dead dry bugs everywhere, dirty dishes (disgusting) and old/used sponge to wash dishes, some dirty bed linens, a lot of bugs (alive) inside, one of the bathrooms: shower without a door - when you take a shower, everything becomes wet. There is no AC. The owner brought fans, but they were very loud, and around 9 am (we were in March) it was already stuffy. All furniture, mattresses and everything are old and the house itself is not taken good care of.
On the good side- the view was amazing, a lot of birds around, very spacious house.
Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place and wouldn't come back.
