About this apartment rental
The Valley is GORGEOUS Spring, Summer, Fall or Winter! Come stay at this cozy 2 bedroom condo with breathtaking view of the mountain. No need to worry about parking!! This prime location is with in steps of the Palisades Tahoe ski lifts, shopping and dining in the Village at Palisades (so close there is no need to cook!)
Enjoy the comfortable living room, decorated in the Valley motif with stunning stone face, wood burning fireplace. Borrow a book from the shelf for some late night reading in front of a toasty warm fire, or sit back and watch a DVD on the flat screen TV. There's also cable, so you can catch a game or sit back and surf the channels. Of course, you can always just enjoy the beautiful mountain view.
The dining room table is set up by windows overlooking the mountain, and is just off the kitchen for easy meal preparation and serving. In the kitchen you'll have all the basic appliances, including a dishwasher.
The master bedroom features a king size bed and private bath. The second bedroom is set up with two singles beds.
Right off the living room is a cozy patio for relaxing outdoors when you're not out hiking, biking, or skiing. Sit out here with a glass of wine in the evenings while gazing up at the star filled night sky, or sip your morning coffee while you listen to the sounds of the birds waking up.
Within walking distance to Palisades Tahoe, a world-class skiing destination with 6,000 ski-able acres across two mountains. And when you're ready to put down the skis or snowboards for the day, the Village at Palisades offers shopping and dining.

Such an amazing location. We liked it so much last time that we just stayed here again. Perfect home base for ski days and honestly a shorter walk than to many of the parking spots in the Palisades lot. The neighbors are quiet (especially compared to the condos in the Palisades village) and friendly and the condo is clean and well appointed. We were thankful to retreat to the condo to watch the New Year's Eve fireworks - we could see the whole show without standing out in the rain. Last time we stayed we were in touch with Teresa and she was very responsive. This time we didn't need her for anything and didn't even try to make contact. Would recommend this spot, and wouldn't be shocked if we return again in the future.

Enjoy breathtaking views of the mountain and valley in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. The area offers a variety of restaurant options, all within easy reach. The spacious condo is fully equipped with a wide selection of utensils and features generously sized rooms and two bathrooms. It’s perfect for a relaxing family vacation.
