Conveniently situated a few blocks west of downtown Oak Bluffs, this newly built home is a quick one-mile walk from the Steamship Authority Terminal. Take your kids for a spin on the Flying Horses Carousel one mile east, or spend your days in the sunshine on Eastville Beach (half a mile west), Oak Bluffs Town Beach (one mile east), and Inkwell Beach (less than two miles east).
Simple, casual, and comfortable, the living space is a wonderful respite for a beach-going family or a group of friends. With four bedrooms plus a loft space, there's plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Come home from a day on the sand to throw your bathing suits in the private washer/dryer, luxuriate in the central air conditioning, and use the free WiFi to share photos of the day's adventures.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, quiet neighborhood. We were happy to come back to this home after our long days out on the water or at the myriad of events we attended. I gave it 4 stars because the advertisement is a bit misleading and the house needs some work! Yes, it is "newer" construction compared to other similar properties, but it is not "new construction". It really could use a deep cleaning and some TLC. There were several maintenance and repair issues that need to be addressed. The master bathroom fan, which was so dusty and dirty that everyone could see the brownish looking build up on it. The master bedroom mattress was too soft and too old and needs replacement. It offered no back support at all and I had a very difficult time sleeping on it. There were other very obvious maintenance issues, the squeaky head board, the water damage in the ceiling of the living room, the dirty windows, etc., etc., I don't have time to list them all, but these items should be addressed. We paid a lot of money to stay there and although we enjoyed the being there, we would not stay there again until all of the maintenance issues are addressed.

Good space for family but the spiders upstairs in the loft were wild. Also the couches need to be replaced or either cleaned. Beds were ok. Trash system is confusing.
