clean convenient and nice

The front door could not be opened and the customer support could not help. We had to stay outside in the rain for 2 hours to get the lock fixed and even then customer service could not help

I loved the space this home had to offer. We all had enough space for both family and alone time. The bedrooms were a good size-the attic suite was a welcomed surprise! The location was great, you could walk or bike to Oak Bluffs town center easily.

Unfortunately, the first thing we encountered was an awful dirt road with huge potholes! We arrived at the house to be greeted by broken blinds in the front windows-I was so scared as to what I had rented. When we entered the home there was dirt at the front door and more broken blinds in each room except the master. I called the property manager because I didn’t want to be charged for this damage. The young lady that called me back was great and she wanted to send someone right over to replace the blinds but we couldn’t be in the house. Well as you know when you are on vacation with many people, all is not planned so I told her to come when we check out. I finally went into the kitchen only to be welcomed by an army of ants in the sink. After we checked out my daughters told me they had ants in their rooms as well-they didn’t tell me as to not upset me.

Spacious, clean.

Too much light in the mornings, grill is very dirty.
