Wir haben noch nie so ein gut ausgestattetes Apartment vorgefunden. Der Empfang war sehr nett. Parma ist sehr gut zu erreichen und es liegt sehr ruhig.

If you are looking place "in the middle of nowhere" , just to enjoy in the nature, this is the right place to stay.
The main problem is location. Is far away from the center in almost mission impossible to find the place. The house is in the middle of field. Without help from one very nice lady from Parma, I would be lost. The other problem is that the owner doesn't speak English. You need internet to use google translate to communicate with him.
