Breakfast was at a cafe 5 mins walk away and was excellent. The room was very comfortable with good amenities. Also enjoyed the bar in the evening. The host was very friendly and helpful.
We liked everything about our stay.

Friendly town friendly people a lovely place but skip the breakfast very poor not very helpful. The breakfast was not at the property but in a near by cafe who didn't care about you and I don't call 1 x sausage 1 x rasher 1x egg and tea a breakfast

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were excellent. Room was excellent for a family room. Large double bed and 2 bunk beds hidden away in a alcove in the room.
We knew we were staying over a bar so you would expect some noise, In fairness, we didn't hear much from the bar and they had music playing. It was the takeaway across the road was the issue and a late night bar further up the street.
I was up with my wife and 2 kids , 12 and 15, we were going to the Open.
The weekend we were there it was extremely hot . So we had to open the windows to keep the room cool during the night as there is no air con. So we could hear people downstairs coming and going from the bar till about 1am. As I said that's not a problem as we expected that.
The issue was the takeaway across the road was open on the Saturday night till 4am. One of the bars further up the street had a band playing to 2.30 am which we could hear. Once the band stopped , then a dj started till 3.30am. When that ended it seems everyone headed to the takeaway, so for the rest of the night we had people outside the takeaway singing and shouting as they waited for taxis or lifts home. Then when it all died down and the takeaway finally closed at 5am there was a couple of people who decided to race their cars though the village for another 20mins. It was 6am before we got to sleep and we were up on the Sunday for 8am.
In summary , I would say there again during the week it's probably grand as no night club open and takeaway says it closes at 11pm. For a weekend stay i wouldn't recommend it purely due to the noise generated by people hanging around the takeaway and it appears to be taxi pickup point.

We had a lovely stay in a charming Irish town! Full Irish breakfast was included and served in a nearby cafe. The landlady was very attentive and helpful. We really appreciated being able to enjoy our takeaway in the lounge. Despite being above a pub, the accommodation was wonderfully quiet thanks to well-insulated walls. The town itself is picturesque, with a beautiful beach and stunning surroundings — a perfect getaway!
Everything was fine.

Great accommodation in the centre of Cushendall, while we attended The Open in Portrush. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Claire at check in was so lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Bonus to have breakfast included few doors away in Cafe Cova- the famous Ulster Fry really hit the spot. Would highly recommend.

This place is like a home away from home. Perfect location. Close to all coastal attractions and very well run. Claire and the staff treated us more like family than clients. Claire herself saved us from an error I made with the booking dates. Such a kind hearted person and true hero. Other places would have left us on our own. She is a shining example of how to care for and run a guesthouse and pub. A Cushendall star! We will only book at the Central Bar in the future. Thank you Claire from Colleen and Gord.
Loved everything.

Great room, bar great and locals all very friendly, host was super
Breakfast was provided in local cafe but didn’t start till 9 so 1st day I was out before cafe opened and fortunately was able to get breakfast in cafe at lunch time. No room service during stay so milks etc not topped up or cups/glasses washed.

The breakfast is served at Cafe Cova around the corner from the pub. It was a confusing menu, in that we weren't sure about what was included. We were handed vouchers at the pub for the duration of our stay and then handed them in at the cafe each morning. But the alternative to a cooked breakfast was TOAST which seemed odd and just ONE drink not fruit juice and Tea. If you had cereal you appeared not be able to have a cooked breakfast. However the breakfast and cafe were lovely and staff very pleasant. Parking was street parking and it was free and readily available. Cushendall is a very pleasant little town with everything you could need for a pleasant stay. Great access to County Antrim Glens and Coast. Clare who runs the accommodation is a real asset to the business- nothing is too much trouble and she works very hard to ensure we had everything we needed
Aside from the Chinese takeaway in town there was nowhere that served especially decent food- average at best. We ate the takeaway (recommended by everyone) we purchased in the pub and Clare kindly provided us with plates and cutlery. We didn't try the restaurant at the golf club however, which we heard on our last day of our holiday was very good

Good central location and easy car park. Was very loud until 2AM (no surprise given it's above a bar) and certain parts of the room could have done with being cleaned again (dead spider in shower tray)

The breakfast obtained with an accommodation included voucher was obtained in a nearby restaurant. It was very good. I was not made aware that restaurant was closed on Tuesday and so my voucher for that day was worthless.
There was an annoying flimsy creeping mat in the bathroom which could be replaced by a shower mat draped over shower partition?

Pleasant village location
There was no indication at time of booking that breakfast was off site and not available till 9am when the local cafe opened. So, as we had a ferry to catch and needed to leave at 9, we could not have our 'breakfast included '.
