SUMMER NEAR MADAKET BEACH! Your Perfect Beach House is a 12 Minutes walk to Beautiful Madaket Beach and Millie's Restaurant and is right on the bike path. ...This 4 bedroom + 2 bath House with 2 bedrooms with queen beds and two bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each room. House has 4 air conditioners, 2 TV's( and Wi-Fi) and a washer and dryer to make your stay enjoyable. There is an outdoor deck with a gas grill and patio set for relaxation.

This cottage is exactly as advertised. It has all you need to enjoy a Madaket stay. Love that the Wave bus stop is right out front - super convenient if you dont have a car.

House location was great and it was very clean. We appreciated the number of beach towels and chairs, short distance to the beach, and the WAVE stop was right outside the house. Our only comment is that the bottom common area felt a little crowded but overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The owner was super communicative and went the extra mile when I forgot something at the house. She alone is reason to rent. The home is walking distance to Madaket beach, right on the WAVE bus stop and while on the main road, secluded and quiet. The home is comfortable with two living spaces. We had a wonderful stay.
