About this house rental
Located in a quiet & secure neighborhood, with a lot of trees, nice view to the park, birds singing and the healing atmosphere from the near sea.
Beach is less than a mile, you can take a walk or bicycle to enjoy the beauty of the caribbean waters.
The house is locared on he north side of the city , far from the crowd.
The home is very safe , with 24/7 surveillance and private access, located just in front of the main wooded park of the gated community. There is a covenienece store in the area. Big markets like Walmart and Soriana are 7 min driven car, or going in taxy.
Downtown Playa del Carmen, is about 15 minutes driven .
Ask for bikes that I can bring to you, so you can take them to the beach everyday
The house is fully equiped with air conditioned in every room, laundry station, TV, WiFi Internet and kitchen with with accesories,
There is a room with 1 Queen size bed and 1 twin bed. Another room have 1 full bed and 1 bulk bed ( 2 twins).
There's also a sleeper sofa for two in the living room.
