Located just steps from the sugar white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, 4325 Beachside II offers a spacious 1BR-1BA floor plan with 1036 square feet and breathtaking views of the beach, gulf and pool. The balcony offers high top table seating for the best beach views!
This recently updated and newly furnished 12th floor corner unit features all tile flooring. Our fully equipped kitchen is complete with new cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The thoughtfully designed living area features comfortable furnishings, an HDTV, a queen sleeper sofa, two new recliners and leads to a private balcony complete with cozy outdoor seating. There is also an additional queen size Murphy bed. The master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, an HDTV with DVD player, oversized windows and a spacious en suite master bathroom that was completely remodeled in December 2024. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit and wireless internet is complimentary.
Convenience is key at Beachside II with easy parking, keypad entry, and direct beach access. Beachside II also features a fitness room, a hot tub, a seasonally heated swimming pool with tanning deck, and an outdoor grilling area. Located on the beach side of the beautifully manicured Golf and Beach Resort, Beachside II is just minutes from the area’s best eateries, galleries, boutiques, and nightlife. From ropes courses and playgrounds to live music and entertainment at the Village of Baytowne Wharf, there is fun to be had by guests of all ages. And with complimentary tram access, guests can experience all that The Resort has to offer - hassle-free!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.
Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled

a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

We were impressed with everything about our stay from check in, move in to departure. The staff made everything so easy and convenient. The apartment was everything we had hoped- and more. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The decor is very stylish and inviting. Our favorite parts of the hotel were the patio- which we sat on every morning and evening. We also loved the large bedroom overlooking the gulf. We left the drapes open so the first thing we saw each morning was the beautiful water. We were steps away from the beach for our long walks. We did not use the pool much as it was rather cold, but that could be remedied by coming later in the month. We look forward to renting this room again.

This property has a beautiful view and is clean inside. Some or most of the outdoor equipment was dated, torn or rusted. During our three-day stay, the building was getting re-faced and new windows installed, all of which was quite noisy inside our unit.

We absolutely loved this property and had a fantastic vacation! The condo is fresh and clean and had everything we needed. The building sits right off the beach with a private pool and boardwalk directly to the beach. The views from the balcony and bedroom are stunning! We saw dolphins multiple mornings making their way across the gulf. We can’t wait to come back again!
