The Vistas is the most sought after condo community in Banner Elk. Located at the base of Beech mountain you have the convenience of easy access, state maintained entrance road and parking area which is plowed daily during snow season. Only 1 mile to downtown Banner Elk with several restaurants, bars, shops and activities to explore. Centrally located to Beech Mountain Resort or Sugar Mountain Resort. Short 2 miles to Beach Mountain Resort and 3 miles to Sugar Mountain Resort.
This luxurious condo has tons of upgrades and is professionally decorated and maintained at high standards. This spacious condo is over 2200 sq. feet and has amenities that include 5 TVs, WiFi, cable, 6 ceiling fans, gas fireplace, 2 master suites, games, and covered deck to enjoy the breathtaking view.
When you step inside condo you will see outstanding mountain views through the glass doors leading to the oversized deck. A floor to ceiling stone fireplace with vented gas logs and blower, a 65 inch HD flat screen TV/DVR in the den for your viewing pleasure, and lots of comfy seating in den to enjoy the view! The fully functional kitchen also has views of the mountains and is open to the dining and den area. You'll love the custom solid wood cabinets with soft close drawers, lower cabinet pull-out shelves, granite counters, high end appliances, filtered water and ice dispenser in refrigerator, and a bar area with 4 bar stools. The dining area has a large table for meals together.
There is also a huge walk-in pantry/laundry room with tons of storage and high end front load washer and dryer. Detergent provided.
The condo sleeps 6 in beds and a high quality blow up queen mattress for 2.
There are 2 spacious master suites in this condo! Located on the 1st and 2nd floor. Great for couples or families to have there own private area. Both have 40 inch flat screen TV's/DVR's and sound bars, king size beds with plush high end mattresses, linens, and custom walk-in closets with plenty of storage. The 1st floor suite bathroom has a large jetted tub, walk-in stone shower, and double vanity with custom cabinets and granite countertops. The upstairs bedroom suite includes a sitting area, and connected bathroom with double vanity, granite counters, stone floors , and combination tub/shower. The third bedroom, located on the first floor, has a queen bed with high end mattress and linens, and a 30 inch flat screen TV . A full bath is adjacent to this bedroom and also has granite counters, custom cabinet, stone floors, and tub/shower combination. High quality sheets and towels are provided for guest.
In the loft we have created a game room with a 10' shuffleboard, 55 in. flat screen TV, sound bar, golf arcade, comfy seating, and a casino bar which includes blackjack, roulette, and craps. Also, don't forget to meet Buck, the singing talking deer, mounted over the bar!
Enjoy the unobstructed views on the large oversized covered deck (10'x 31'), plenty of seating and additional dining area. There is also a common area beside condo that has a gas grill and picnic table.

Absolutely great place to stay while in Banner Elk. We’ve be coming to the area for 3 years to visit our son multiple times (5-6 a year) and this is the first time we have booked a property we had previously rented. Communication is good and clear; property has everything you could possibly need, and the view from the balcony is spectacular. We will be staying here again.

The property was as advertised. Beautiful condo with a great view of the mountains and you can see the slopes of Sugar Mountain at night. Short drive up the mountain to Beech Mountain and short drive to the town of Banner Elk. Perfect location to take advantage of the ski resorts and towns. I would highly recommend this property.

What an amazing place! The moment we walked through the door we knew we were "home". Lazy mornings were spent reading and drinking coffee on the deck, looking at the beautiful view. The proximity to Beech Mtn and Sugar Mtn, as well as Boone, could not have been more perfect. There are so many activities to do around the area that we did not even miss the snow. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cook wares. The beds and pillows were comfy. Everything about the condo was perfect! We just loved our week at the condo and in Banner Elk. The only thing I need to mention is that you have to bring ALL of your household supplies. We drove in, so it was not a bother to carry it all in our truck. Bring toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, garbage bags, foil, plastic wrap, a clean dish sponge, maybe some dish washer pods (there were a few), laundry detergent , coffee filters, etc...There is a Food Lion 10 minutes away. There is a blow dryer, an iron, and a toaster. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this listing. :-)
