This beautiful two-bed/two-bath residence is all about location, location, location! Nestled in a quaint, quiet neighborhood only a few miles from two Spring Training baseball fields, Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall and the heart of the Downtown Scottsdale Nightlife district.
This modern, comfortable 1,300 sq ft condo has been fully renovated from top to bottom, most recently the kitchen and guest bathroom in summer 2021. This unit features a 55" Samsung flat-screen TV mounted above the marble enclosed fireplace in the living room and flat-screen TVs mounted in both bedrooms. The unit features wireless internet, quartz countertops, a full-size washer/dryer, and brand new LG stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. A Keurig coffee maker and K-cups are also provided.
The primary bedroom features a king-size memory foam topped mattress and complete bedroom set along with a large ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet; including a walk-in glass shower and spacious dual vanity topped with slab granite.
The second bedroom sleeps 2 comfortably, containing a queen-size memory foam mattress with a large walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom and sitting area.
The sizable patio has beautiful views of Camelback Mountain, fully equipped with a seating area, dining table and chairs and chaise lounge.

The home was actually better than the pictures. The condo had everything we needed. The location is close to parks and canal for walking.

This was supposed to be a golf trip for me a d hubby, but last minute he couldn’t go so my best friend did. The condo was absolutely perfect!! It’s spacious, super clean, and in a safe neighborhood. We used the bikes every day; golfed 4 rounds; 2 days at the pool, which was busy with many travelers, but so quaint & fun for meeting people a d socializing; the beds were extremely comfy and the best appliance in the kitchen besides the Keurig was the SALAD SPINNER!!!! I have gone through 3 salad spinners at home and out of 7 VRBO stays, there’s never been a salad spinner. Kathie and Mark have taken fantastic care of their property and are wonderful hosts. This is a ground floor unit and the people upstairs are “heavy footed” at 6am each morning; but we are morning people and the patio with coffee was the place to go! I highly recommend this condo and will absolutely book it again in the future. I didn’t want to leave!
