It's perfect for golfers, spring training goers, hikers, and sunny AZ oasis searchers! We're seasoned VRBO hosts and recently added this beauty to offer guests a place to relax and enjoy exploring our favorite city! We poured our hearts into making the townhome feel comfy yet creative. All three bedrooms and the updated full bathroom are upstairs, and the open living area, dining room and kitchen are downstairs. French doors off the living room lead you to your private patio courtyard. The community has two pools and BBQs, you'll have one covered parking space and plenty of non-covered spots available, and the most notable is the green park and greenbelt access right off the unit for walking, biking, golfing, etc along Scottsdale's most beautiful exercise path.
