The location. The ease of keys collection. The security.
Some of the amenities needs repair. Master bedroom toilet bowl. Wood pane near toilet door coming out. The tiles at front door near the grill is coming out. No front gate lock. No table cloth. The ping pong table should not be included in the amenities.

Massive and very accomodative. I like the idea of having games and barbeque set there. Suitable for family gatherings or even friends
I was having trouble to get myself ready. There should be mirror in the room. But that is the only thing missing. The rest is complete.
