About this cottage rental
One of the best locations in town with all the of amenities for a great stay. Easy 100 yard walk to town, beach and state park. The cottage sleeps nine, has three bedrooms, including a master king suite, a queen bedroom and a bunk room for five. Perfect for one or two families to share.
The house includes a 7 person hot tub, large smart cable TV with Netflix and XBOX Kinect, gas fireplace in living room. The house has Wi-Fi, an additional TV, DVD player, foosball table, washer / dryer and gas BBQ.
All the amenities of home, including ample bedding, toilet rolls, paper towels, shampoo and soap. There's a fully stocked kitchen (crock-pot, griddle, blender, hand mixer) with all basic needs including, spices and coffee. Just bring your clothes and food.
Key pad entry, go directly to the cottage, instructions with directions and entry code sent prior to check-in. Large covered carport, perfect for loading and unloading in coastal conditions.

This house is very functional and easy to live in. The appliances worked well and the beds were very comfortable. The dining table was large and easily accommodated the 3 of us and 4 other guests for a game and dinner. The bathtub in the main bedroom had an old repair on the side that looked pretty ichy . . . enough to bother a person even taking a shower. Taking a bath would have been impossible.We enjoyed our stay.

The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were good. We had 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and they loved all the books and the foosball table. The family enjoyed the hot tub after being at the beach.

This place was as described and pictured inside. The hot tub was a nice addition! We were surprised by the building of a small house in the backyard that was not in the pictures, therefore the view of the ocean is only if you go sit on the far deck. It looked like it was nearing completion and they weren’t working on it while we were there but it would have been disruptive had they been. That unit will have an amazing view!
