Two bedrooms upstairs with full bathroom and one bedroom on the main floor with attached full bathroom. Living room is open to kitchen and dining room. Fenced back yard with firpit. Plenty of elbow room for everybody.
Enjoy walks along the beach, build a sandcastle or just sit and listen to waves. Seabrook is less than a mile away with shopping, restaurants or go bowling at the recently remodeled Naval base. Conveince store across the street and darling coffee shop a block away. Thank you for viewing!

This is a great house for everyone including dogs. This was our second time staying there. Lots of space and stocked very well. We will definitely be back.

The property was perfect for our needs, and the house is so comfortable and inviting. The large family dining table was perfect for our families and for pre - Thanksgiving crafting on a rainy day. On our sunny days, we had Pacific Beach at the end of our block and had several beautiful walks. We had a lot of fun and will definitely be back to the Lucky 13! And to our host - thank you for the hot chocolate bar! The teens loved it and so did the parents (even better with the addition of some adult beverages).

Great place, clean and well stocked. Big kitchen and the best table ever for doing jigsaw puzzles and playing games. Less than a five minute walk to the beach, and a large fully-fenced yard (which was perfect for our dogs).
