Beautiful Property Located on Sunny Sandy Beach, Breath Taking Straight on Ocean View, 3 Bedrooms. 3 Full Baths, Fully Stocked Kitchen, Bedrooms Have a Kings in Master, and a King in 2nd Master, and Queen Bunk Beds in 3rd Bedroom, All Rooms Have Flat Screen TV'S and DVD Players, Very Large Family Room - Great for Entertaining, Large Couch in Living Room, Large Dining Room, Great Patio with Incredible View, Resort Has Restaurant, Weight Room, Store, Jacuzzi, and Swim up Bar. Kid Friendly Resort!! Property is being completely updated in January of 2018 with amazing finishes, will be the nicest condo in the resort by far!!

We were Dave’s guests over the 4th of July weekend. Dave’s communication is amazing. The condo itself is beautiful, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We cannot wait for our future trips. Sonoran Sun has easily become my favorite resort. We have stayed all over Rocky Point, but nothing compares to the Sun. Thanks Dave!

Property was well appointed, room was beautifully decorated. Description stated 2 queens and twin bunk in 3rd room so we were a bit short in sleeping arrangements. Owner did change description when brought to his attention. Some dish towels would have been very helpful. Toilet paper and paper towels were easy to get from front desk. There were several things needing minor maintenance but nothing urgent ( chairs, stove, door handles, closet doors) but overall it was a beautiful room with comfortable beds and charming decor. The key lad entry was very helpful! The resort was great, staff were friendly, pool and grounds were always clean and maintained. Host was quick to respond
