Summary:
This is the best condo in the entire town, views and architecture are stunning! 3 bedrooms have king beds, ensuite bathrooms and oceanfront balcony access. The 4th sleeping area has a full/twin bunkbed. The greatroom has a gourmet kitchen, a separate bar area and huge living /dining areas. The balcony of this condo wraps around the oceanfront giving you 270 degree views - the ocean, the twinkling lights of town, and the mountains.
The Space:
This spacious luxury condo features a full-size open floor plan with a beautifully designed living room, dining area, welcoming entry foyer, and an expansive wraparound balcony perfect for relaxing and taking in the views. The large, fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals and entertain with ease.
Each of 3 oversized bedroom offers comfort and privacy with its own private full-size bathroom, ample closet space, and Smart TVs in every room for premium entertainment throughout your stay. The 4th bedroom is a big extra room that we turned into the perfect kids bedroom by using privacy screens and a nice bunk bed. The bunk bed has one full size and one twin size bed. The 4th bedroom has a full bathroom in the adjacent hallway. A dedicated laundry room adds extra convenience for longer visits.
Step outside onto the stunning wraparound terrace and enjoy your own personal hot tub while soaking in the breathtaking views — the perfect place to unwind day or night.
The resort is the perfect vacation playground with so many amenities to choose from. Begin with a meal at Diego's restaurant where you can dine right at the ocean's edge, then make your way to the pool area that has 3 swimming pools, a lazy river and 2 hot tubs. You can also ask the staff to fire up the splash pad for fun kids activity or just relax in some shade or sun in a lounge chair while the bar brings tropical drinks right over to you. For your convenience the resort is also equipped with a commercial center in front which includes shopping, pharmacy, ATM, money exchange, gourmet coffee shop and some food options. If you feel like being active on your vacation you can enjoy the sport court area complete with pickle ball, basketball and soccer areas, or hit the on site fitness center.
Guest Access:
Guests can park in the secure gated parking lot for no charge. Trailers and ATVs are accepted for secure parking as well. Guests will be given a door code to use for their stay.

Our custom one of a kind Oceanfront three-bedroom Presidential condo is nestled in the beautiful neighborhood of Sandy Beach in Puerto Peñasco. Sandy Beach offers a pristine coastline with soft, golden sand and a tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for a beach vacation.
As you step out from the condo, you'll find yourself just moments away from the inviting shores of Sandy Beach. Take leisurely walks along the coastline, sink your toes into the warm sand, or find a peaceful spot to lounge under the sun. The calm waters of the Sea of Cortez provide the perfect opportunity for swimming, splashing, and enjoying various water activities.
Sandy Beach is also home to a vibrant culinary scene. Nearby, you'll find a variety of restaurants to satisfy your taste buds. Some popular options include:

Many of these restaurants and bars can be easily walked to from accommodations in the Sandy Beach area. However, to explore other parts of town, such as the Rodeo Drive shopping area, in-town attractions, the port area, visitors will need some form of transportation. While there are limited public transportation options available in Puerto Penasco, visitors can also use taxis or their own vehicles to get around town.Just be sure to follow all the traffic rules and stop at all stop signs, even the hidden ones!
