Delight in the charm of the Celtic Moon Cottage, a fully remodeled 1950’s cottage located a half a block off the Tremain Street Greenway walking trail in Mount Dora's Historic District. Enjoy a relaxing getaway, in the fully furnished, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1,050 sqft vintage cottage. Begin your day with a cup of coffee on the back deck and end it with a night cap around the fire pit. Feeling frisky, stroll along the tree lined Tremain Street walking trail which leads you to the center of town. Browse the quaint boutiques and shops, have lunch or a cocktail at one of the many cafes, bars and restaurants. Feeling energetic, bike or jog to Donnelly Park in the heart of town and play a couple of games of Pickle Ball, or a couple of games of lawn bowling, next to the marina. Walk the nature trail which starts at the Mt. Dora Lighthouse. Feeling creative, catch a play at the Ice House Theatre, or browse the Modernism Museum.
For dinner, prepare a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen, and serve it in the vintage style dining room. Then as the night winds down, cozy up to a good book and relax in the charming living room. For the person that needs to be ‘connected’ the cottage is fully wired with cable and Wi-Fi.

We have stayed at the Fitzgerald properties before. Then as now the experience was wonderful. The homes are charming and clean. The hosts are easy to get a hold of and answer questions quickly. The homes are located in a charming neighborhood in Mount Dora.
