The condos are located in the heart of downtown Mount Dora, FL. These beautifully furnished upstairs suites are a place to relax and enjoy a weekend, week or month.
The Alex offers a King, master bedroom and a small guest room with a bunk bed. A full kitchen and great room concept with eating area. A small balcony so you can sit outside in the morning and enjoy your coffee and morning paper or people watch in the evening!
There is lots to enjoy being directly downtown. You can walk to have a glass of wine and enjoy a nice dinner then take a stroll around town and make your way back or maybe opt to take a horse and buggy ride, Segway tour or ghost walk. This condo is in the heart of the entertainment district so there is sometimes music playing at night. Feel free to enjoy the ambiance!

I have rented this place several times and its always a great experience. The apartment is gorgeous and the location is perfect if you're exploring Mt Dora or one of the festivals. I've already booked it for next year!

We have stayed at this place quite a few times because the location is perfect, the layout of the condo is good, the king size bed and living room furniture is comfy. And we love the community.
Unfortunately the last two times we stayed we arrived to a place that had not been cleaned. The first time we called an after hours number and they sent someone right away while we went to dinner. This time, no one called back from any of the three numbers that were provided.
We were going to clean the place ourselves as we did not want to give up the location as it was an art festival weekend that we had been looking forward to for months. I will say a nearby business owner did check on us. He was kind, professional and apologetic on behalf of the owner. He had someone quickly clean most of the place for us. It was not her responsibility, but she did it anyway and for that we are grateful. We are still waiting to hear back from the property owner.
