GENERAL- Tucked away in a quiet residential courtyard on the edge of Newquay...- Two bedroom mews style property- Five minute walk to beach and town centre- Under cover parking space for one car- Centrally heated GROUND FLOOR- Entrance hallway with cloakroom WC- Open plan living space with huge floor to ceiling windows and sliding patio doors- Living and dining space with the smart kitchen UPSTAIRS- Double bedroom with king size bed- Twin bedroom- Family bathroom WC with hand basin and shower over the bath GARDEN- Enclosed gravel area to rear with patio furniture LOCAL AREA- Great Western beach half a mile away- Trenance gardens and leisure park with zoo and water world again just half a mile- Famous surfing beach at Fistral is less than two miles by car- Railway and bus station are also within walking distance PLEASE NOTE- This property welcomes one dog; no puppies (2 years old)- Covered parking space measures 2.4 metres wide by 2.34 metres high

You will also be given the details of your point of contact should you have any questions or issues whilst on holiday.

Clean, modern, fantastic location.
We would definitely stay again.
Note the car port is for 2 vehicles. It is a squeeze but doable if everyone Jumps out bar the driver before parking up, though we were in a van.

Loved our stay, the property was light and very spacious. centrally located in Newquay, just a short walk to all beaches. The only negative thing I'd say is.
Parking was tight,
Private yard was stoned and not slabbed,
Shower screen not big enough so a lot of water was going on floor,
Dodgy shower head,
All this are very little things that I've found.
I'll definitely be planning a trip here again.
