Stylish Hampton's summer house that stands on a 1 acre of land on a hill creating a nice breeze, and a deck that faces south with all day sun. 3 bedrooms that sleeps four or five; 2 full bathrooms. All rooms have spacious closets. The house is very light with a high ceiling living room with working fireplace. Private deck with Weber BBQ overlooking large garden with a large outdoor shower. Central AC/Heating Air, Alarm, Dishwasher and Washer/Dryer in basement. Large parking space and garage. The house minutes away from three main beaches: Its an 8 minute drive to Southampton Village or a 10 minute drive to Southampton's beautiful Coopers beach; Its 1 minute from the Shinnecock Bay beach and 3 minutes from the Peconic bay beach. Minutes away from the country's premier golf clubs including Shinnecock Hills, National Golf Links of America, Sebonack and Southampton Golf Clubs and another 15 public courses in the neighborhood. It was a great home to stay during the U.S. Open Golf Tournament. It has a retro vibe with fun decorating details. I was skeptical of the futon beds. But the beds were very comfortable. We did not use any of the amenities like grill, surfboards, etc. But they are available for guest use. We enjoyed our stay and would stay in this home again.

We had a great time and used the guide that was sent to us almost every day--it was full of great tips and information. The house was lovely and exactly as pictured. We're already ready to go back!
