Charming home in Southampton Village. Walking distance to Jobs Lane and Main Street Village shops. About a mile to the Village shops just West of town.
Wonderful, quiet neighborhood safe for walking and kids. Nice private yard with large deck and BBQ in the back.
Cooper Beach is only 2 miles away, with wonderful amenities (Bathrooms, showers, concessional stand and more). There are two bikes in the garage that can be used.

A lovely vacation home--spacious, updated, and well connected within the community. Lots of seating areas and comfortable. Kitchen had all the necessary amenities. Looking forward to our next stay!

Mike is a delightful person. He was very communicative and helpful with any questions we had. He spent a good 15 minutes on the phone with me offering recommendations! You rarely get such responsive hosts. The house was everything we could have asked for and we would definitely visit this lovely home again!

This home gave our family room to spend extra time together.
Some rooms have been updated and some are waiting for a little more tlc. The house smelled a little musty at first but then aired out. Some serious plumbing issues developed, but the host took care of the repairs that day. He responded quickly to my several phone calls.
Our group of 6 people had mixed feelings about whether or not they would use this home again.
