About this house rental
Beach front Open and Airy Beach house. Enjoy our beach front location near 16 mile road and the town of Jamaica Beach. Half the time to the Strand then Pointe West homes! Another great feature of this home is the small grocery store directly behind the house. The kids love to walk over to get ice cream everyday.
The balcony on the front of our home is very large and it is covered! Sun or Shade take your pick. there is a Swing on the bottom covered area to enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean. Kids can play by the water without worries of cars driving by, there are no cars allowed on this area of the beach. The Beauty of the sunrise and the waves are just indescribable BEACH FRONT is the only way to go so come on and treat yourself and your family.

What a great weekend getaway for our family !!! 3 generations enjoyed this well located , fully equipped house ! A GREAT TIME WAS HAD BY ALL !!! From 53 years old to 8 months old !!! We definitely will be staying here again !!!!

My family of 7 (ages 14-40) stayed here for 9 days and 8 nights. There was room for us all. The house was clean. The ocean is 70-80 yards away and both looks and sounds amazing. The porch is large and covered with comfortable chairs. We saw reviews about bugs here, we only saw 1 inside during our whole stay. The kitchen was great, it had everything needed for cooking a large variety of things, which we did. Drip coffee and Keurig... There were some soft spots under the floor linoleum (but it was strong). One of the bedrooms is a walk in closet for the master bedroom. We saw a rather large snake a couple different nights on the walkway to the beach at night. We loved our stay and would love to come back. We hated to leave.

The view / location is amazing ! However , the house needs some major improvements . The floors are about to fall in in several places . The bathrooms & bedrooms need A LOT of remodel help / TLC . Baseboards / trim / windows / tub shower / light fixtures / lamps / beds…. But mostly floors . Read the other reviews .
