Other features include washer and dryer, built in vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board and complimentary internet.

The beach itself is the longest in all the Oregon Coast, seven miles of powdery sand and the Seascape property is literally right in the heart of not only the beach, but the community of Rockaway Beach within close walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and pubs.
This property is ideal for families, couples or friends looking for a weekend get away, holiday vacation or even long term (monthly) vacation rentals.
Due to HOA insurance rules barbecues are not permitted within 10 feet of the building. No barbecue is included with this rental.

We’ve stayed on the coast at least once a year for the last 15 years and this is one of the best properties we’ve found. Perfect for families, unless stairs are an issue. The most convenient location. All shopping, groceries, restaurants are right across the street. The beach is steps away with easy access. Quiet, peaceful. Gorgeous views. We left the windows open to listen to the ocean all night. The house is fully stocked. Beach toys and chairs. Laundry. Keurig. Lots of extra blankets and towels. An attached garage for your car. Smart tvs. It feels like home. Responsive, considerate host. Extremely easy arrival and departure instructions and requirements. We will definitely be back many times in the future. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Maybe I shouldn’t because I don’t want it to be booked when I want it next!

Location was amazing! Beautiful view from the decks of the ocean if you didn’t want to walk the little ways to actually put your feet in the sand. Very pet friendly as well. Doug and Andrea were responsive when needed and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We felt very comfortable there and will definitely be staying there again. Great location, great home, great owners! Thank you Doug and Andrea!

Very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Nicely done. Beds were comfortable too. So close to the beach, even had marshmellow sticks in the garage.
