About this house rental
The house was built in fall of 2012 and I purchased it in Dec. 2012. It is new construction, decorated and inspected, some of the furniture still has the labels on. The location is one of its major advantages. It is a straight drive of only 1.95 miles from the Augusta National Golf Course or less than a mile Birds Eye. It takes me about 3 minutes on a regular day. Shopping, restaurants, cinema and other entertainment is close by. The house has 3 bed rooms (3 queen beds - sleeps 6 and 2 full size beds - sleep 2) and two full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with all utencils, plates, and cookware. The open layout lets you oversee the dining area as well as the living room from the kitchen. In the living room you can enjoy watching TV while relaxing on a beautiful sofa set. A steam washer and dryer set is on site in a laundry room. A nice sized gas grill and patio furniture are in a fenced-in back yard.

I stayed at this home with my buddy during our trip to the Masters. It was a great place, well maintained and easy access to Augusta National. I would recommend it for anyone traveling to Augusta. The owner is very conscientious and easy to access.

A group of 4 of us had the pleasure of finding and staying here for two practice round days during the Masters. The owner was very easy to work with leading up to our arrival and extremely accommodating once we were there. If we're lucky enough to get tickets next year, we'll definitely stay again. Very clean, new house and very easy to get to the course (less than 2 miles).

The house is new and well maintained.Its location is perfect for the masters and just a short drive to Championship car park and restuarants.The owner worked hard to make our stay enjoyable, supplying clean towels every day and emptying trash. We would not hesitate to stay again if we were lucky enough to get some more tickets.
