PM re: Discount for mid/long stay Contractors, workers, truckers 2 mi to I-20

Welcome contractors and traveling workers. If you’re coming to this area for work - short, mid, or long term, we’d love to have ya stay here. This country house has front & rear porches set on a 7 acre piece of beautiful land located 2 miles from I-20 (convenient for travelers) facing Riverwatch Pkwy near Washington Rd (2 of the busiest roads in Augusta with restaurants, Publix), about 6 miles from downtown, medical district, and college (ASU), 20 minutes from Ft. Gordon, and about 45 minutes from Plant Vogtle and Savannah River Site. House can sleep up to 10 people with 2 beds set up on each of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. House has electric heaters and a/c. Owners live on land in a different house and are laid back - get along easily with guys or gals in town for work and just needing a comfortable place to stay. We’ve been giving folks like this a place to stay for years and pretty much everyone leaves happy. Easy come, easy go.
