Vor allem unkompliziert. Das Ambiente... die alten Dielen und das schöne Bad. Zentral im Ort gelegen. Kaffee-Gutscheine haben uns in ein wunderbares Kaffee/Shop eingeladen. Konnten dort noch herrlich frühstücken... am Wasser.
Bezug erst ab 16 Uhr. Wäre etwas früher besser gewesen.

Schönes altes Haus, trotzdem modern, sehr ruhig, man fühlt sich ins Mittelalter zurück versetzt, tolle Lage!

Das Haus ist Geschichtträchtig und sehr schön und liegt ziemlich zentral in eine sehr ruhige Lage. In Ybbsitz selbst kann man schön spazieren gehen und in der Umgebung sind sehr schöne Wanderwege.
Meine Beschreibung bezieht sich auf meine Erfahrung alg Weitwanderer. Das Zimmer ist eigentlich nur ein Schlafplatz. Es gibt ein Fernseher und eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer plu natürlich ein Bett und einen Kleiderschrank . Bad und WC gibts im Gang , zwar für Zimmer 3 angeschrieben aber offen für alle. Im Zimmer selbst gibts keine Möglichkeit die Temperatur zu regeln , Nach einem ganzen Tag mit dem Rucksack unterwegs bei ca. 0 bis 3 Grad hätte ich gerne ein wenig wärmer im Zimmer gehabt.
