Blisko do promenady.
Zniszczona łazienka z poprzedniej epoki, zapchany odpływ. Pęknięta szyba w oknie (czytając komentarze wynika ze to już od dłuższego czasu. Łóżko w salonie się nie rozkłada.

Lokalizacja, widok z tarasu, chyba najlepszy jaki można sobie wyobrazić. Ten potencjał wymaga tylko gospodarza i trochę chęci.
Lodówka była nie domknięta więc zaczęliśmy pobyt od odmrażania lodówki. Sprzęt wymaga wymiany, popękane urządzenia. Taras bardzo brudny (stół po prostu czarny!) Brakuje czystego mopa. Łóżko w sypialni wymaga remontu lub wymiany i zainwestowania w miarę wygodny materac. Cały apartament powinien zostać odświeżony (brudne i obdrapane ściany, obdrapane listwy czy popsuta spłuczka i cieknące syfony pod kranami)
