Very comfortable bed, nice balcony, beautiful interior. Air conditionee and heater are both available for perfect room temperature. Great communication with the host!

There is only a bath, so it was difficult to take a shower. Also, only one breakfast option, so if staying longer than 2 days, the breakfast gets boring. Also, would be nice to have more plates and bowls. The place is also really loved by ants! :)

The easy access to public transport. The studio was spacious and well-heated in winter and well noise-isolated from the noise coming from the road. The parking is free of charge and spacious. There is a nice morning breakfast.

The cleanliness and conditions in the bathroom specially. The facilities in the bathroom were in bad condition (room 5). The shower couldn’t be placed in it’s hanger to stay fixed and it constantly went downwards to the floor, so you need to shower yourself by holding it in your hand. However, you cannot use the big shower instead because the water pressure ain’t enough to flush hot water that high and water didn’t really pour from it. The sink’s mixer was disconnected from the sink’s surface and so whenever you open the tap the whole mixer is shaking and moving from its place. There were ants in the bathroom and over one of the carpets in the bedroom. In addition, there is only one very small wastebin in the bathroom and we had to use our own wastebags to gather rubbish. They could also put a big mirror in the room because just 1 mirror in the bathroom isn’t efficient enough.

It was clean.

The main entrace keypad for opening was not working like also the light outside the building and in the staircase. In the room the tv & wife was not working. The worst part is that the manager of the building was not answering at the phone.
