About this house rental
This beautifully decorated 2-story, 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home sits directly on the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. By the Sea is located 4.2 miles on west beach from Hwy 59. Located on the main floor is the living and dining area, kitchen to include separate ice maker, laundry room and one of the two master suites, queen bedroom with private bath. The living, dining and kitchen are open and quite spacious. Floor to ceiling windows and doors on the south wall provides wonderful views of the Gulf and large sun deck.
All bedrooms are Gulf-front with private baths and balconies. Two master suites (one on the first floor and one on second floor) with double vanities, walk in showers and soaker tubs. Each have king beds. The bedroom on the southwest side of first floor has queen bed with private bath. The bedroom on the second floor southwest side has twin with a trundle and private bath. In addition on the second floor overlooking the first floor living area is a loft sitting area with tv, sleeper sofa and sleeper chair. This loft area provides a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful white sandy beac

Great House! Great host! Just one slight negative. The House is butted up next to the dunes which is a bit steep. There were lots of chairs and beach toys which made it an easier stay.

The house was right on the beach with views of the ocean from every bedroom and every deck. Close to shops, restaurants, outlets and things to do, the location was great. The house was clean, comfortable and nicely equipped with all the necessities. There was even a basket of snacks and a nice welcome bottle of wine provided by the owners. All communications were answered promptly and pleasantly. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

We Won’t be a return customer because the Dunes are too high, Internet spotty at best, air conditioning not up to par in upstairs bedrooms - the downstairs areas and bedrooms were very clean and comfortable- kitchen was clean and had most everything you would need - we had a great time and spent a lot of time on the beach but high dunes and no board walk - we knew there would be no board walk, but the photos are mis leading when it comes to the hight of the dunes - which are not easy to climb for older folks -the beach can’t be seen from the living areas except on the top floor-Overall it was a good experience- just a few minor things that were disappointing-
