The Maalaea Harbor with its stores, kid park, and the Maui Aquarium as well as the various tourist boats are about 1/3 mile away by the highway-a long walk or a short drive.
Our Condo on Ma'alaea Bay is a beautifully furnished and decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. Major Remodel done (2007), constant upgrades including 52' LCDTV, New Master BR Furniture, Gourmet Kitchen complete with Granite Counters, Cherry Wood Cabinets, and Designer Appliances. This was a family vacation for myself, my husband, my mother-in-law and sister-in-law... the ground floor was ideal! steps away from the pool... the view was spectacular!

This condo is located at a great location. There is something to do nearby for everyone. We loved watching the whales do acrobatics and the turtles feed along the rocks. If you like to cook the kitchen is nicely updated & you will never find a kitchen better supplied than this one. The condo had lovely artwork which gave it a homey feeling. Unfortunately the condo needs fresh paint and updating of the living room furniture. The linens for the queen bed were in dire need of replacing. They had holes in them and the elastic on the fitted sheets no longer existed. The carpets need replacement (or a professional cleaning) as well as the sliding door window treatment. I would recommend a stay here but only after the above issues were addressed.
