About this apartment rental
Our family is the original owner of this beautiful apartment located on an upper floor of Playa Azul I, a 22-story beachfront condominium located in sunny Luquillo, Puerto Rico. Featuring an 18-foot wall of louvered glass spanning its width, our spacious 523 square foot studio frames a stunning panoramic view of the Atlantic and is cooled by refreshing ocean breezes.
The apartment is smoke-free and impeccably maintained. Floor-to-ceiling travertine tile and premium fixtures. Fully equipped kitchenette features an electric range. New memory foam mattress and futon couch with a comfy memory foam topper, all fitted with high-quality bed linens.
If you are traveling with friends and/or extended family and need more than one booking, we also own and rent the neighboring studio (listing #654266).
Playa Azul is a gated complex that is steps away from beautiful Playa Azul beach. Inside the complex you will find tennis and basketball courts, pool. A grocery store, drug store, gas station, bank ATM, and several restaurants are all within walking distance.
The condominium's location in Luquillo is ideal for exploring the Eastern part of Puerto Rico. The El Yunque National rainforest is just a few minutes West on Route 3, and Fajardo, with its bioluminescent bay and ferries to the islands Culebra and Vieques, is a few miles East. Shopping in old San Juan and at the outlets is a modest 20–40 minutes drive. Several championship golf courses are located at nearby resorts within 10 miles.

This was our first time to Puerto Rico, so I relied on others' reviews to find the right place to stay.Sandra was very communicative and let us know of a small construction project that had started before we arrived. She kept us updated as she was informed of the progress.The apartment had everything we needed, was super clean, and the view was spectacular! It's in a cute neighborhood and has security, which was nice.We would definitely stay here again!

Million dollar view and just steps from the beach. The location was safe and secure. We enjoyed the sight and sound of the breaking waves. Residents, visitors and staff were very friendly. It was just a short drive for a snorkeling excursion that departed from the marina in Fajardo, or visit to the El Yunque National Forest. Plenty of restaurants and retailers are nearby. The property was well equipped to prepare meals and stocked with everything that we needed to relax on the beach and get wet in the surf.
