About this apartment rental
Introducing Sandy Seashell GSC3. Only 2 blocks to the gorgeous beach and a short distance to down town Port A. Just off Access Rd 1-A. Other amenities include 4 televisions, granite counter tops, wireless internet, BBQ grill and utility room. It is only 3 doors from the sparkling community pool and easy access to the Palmilla Golf Course. There is a limit to two vehicles at this condo, smoking is not permitted. There is no garage access.

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

This property is in a great location. It is close to the beach and also close to town. We had enough room for everyone and it was perfect for our quick beach trip getaway.

Our stay was good. Our group consisted of 11 people—8 adults and three kids. Check-in was marred by several emails indicating I could download an app. The app does not exist. The description states it sleeps 12, but there were only six places to sit around the dining table. The beach is over 1/3 mile away. I walk 2 miles a day, so I just included that in my calculations. Several of us used the pool which is heated—a nice plus. We had three vehicles, but there was only enough space for two. I parked at the convenience store (Mr. Texan) down the road. The one place they recommended we park an extra vehicle no longer allows vehicle parking. The parking area was small, we had a small pick-up and a Tesla. They barely fit together. Maneuvering the truck to get out was a challenge. There was a huge truck opposite of us. There were small roaches in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom.
