About this house rental
Experience a stay at one of the most distinctive beach homes in Watercolor. This iconic four story French blue and white house is located in the Park District of the renowned Watercolor Beach Community. In less than five minutes guests can walk to The Beach Club Pool, just steps from the beautiful white sand beaches. In addition, it is minutes from the Boat House, which offers fishing, biking and swimming with a spectacular backdrop of Western Lake. Enjoy tennis, walking, kayaking, jogging trails, and bicycling in one of the most welcoming communities in Florida.
Our home was built with family gatherings in mind. There are multiple living areas, 5 bedrooms, and 5 ½ baths in the main house. The first floor has a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a master bedroom, and two bathrooms with access to the outdoor shower. Up the stairs, on the second floor, there is a cozy reading nook which leads to two queen bedrooms and two bathrooms. The second master is also on the second floor, with a porch overlooking Western Lake. The second floor also has a screened porch with a large swing bed. The third floor has a bunk room, bathroom, and another living room with comfy couches and a TV. The sixth bedroom is a queen in a detached carriage house over the garage. The carriage house has a small kitchenette, a small porch, and a full bathroom. Below the carriage house there is a second outdoor shower. Any of the porches of our home will afford you an unobstructed view of spectacular gulf sunsets over Western Lake each night, although it is best enjoyed from the fourth story tower in the main house.
