Effective May 1, 2025, Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort has implemented a paid parking policy for all vehicles, including golf carts, at the resort’s beach access point. The daily parking fee is $20, and guests will pay Sandestin directly for parking.
Rental Agreement Requirement
After booking confirmation, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email, sent as an E-Sign document with required signature fields.
The Rental Agreement must be signed before your arrival instructions are released.

The beautiful bungalow was amazing!It was very clean and very nice. The pool is only a few steps away. The golf cart worked well and was so nice to have to travel to the beach and to the warf. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We typically stay at Laurel Grove in Sandestin several times a year but decided to stay at the Bungalows this time. The property was very clean and appeared to be modern ( not contemporary) construction and well decorated. Lots of detail trim, 10’ ceilings on the first level and 9’ on the second. Each bedroom had it’s own bath. The master had a large walk in shower. The beds need to be updated to foam mattress’s instead of coil springs. Kitchen was modern with ample counter space. TVs in every room but to many remotes. Nice front porch with plenty of seating. Parking for two cars. Pool was directly across the street. It had bath rooms and a covered area. Plenty of deck area. The pool chairs needed updating. Several was sagging and needed to be replaced. Management was very cordial and polite. We will definitely be back.

The house is great; perfect lay out and clean!It’s directly across from the pool and putting green. Just steps away. Not close to the beach if that is important to you. Golf cart can get you there but it’s not the most convenient.
