Cozy Morgan Hill Apartment

Teresa and her husband were warm and welcoming hosts who live upstairs. It was great not needing a key and just remembering a door code that you make up and provide so they set it for that while you are there. This apartment was a delight- very nicely decorated and appointed indoors and outside in the little garden area with a busy bird bath (& deer waterer!). Inside was super clean and with lots of thoughtful details such as a nice kitchen with fridge, microwave, nice dishes & utensils etc. yummy muffins were waiting for us. Helpful information binder about the unit and in-town recommendations was on dining table. Plenty of towels and linens and the washer & dryer were an excellent bonus. Very spacious! We also appreciated the extra hiking poles and access to Netflix etc on the TV. The wall heaters were very efficient and heated up rooms quickly. Very comfortable, clean (spotless), welcoming, appealing and a great value. Would definitely stay there again.

The accommodations of the apartment were great. Another plus of this apartment is that there is a walk-able forest/park only 2 block away. Lots of wildlife to watch while sitting on a bench.

Teresa made the checkin process very easy for us, including early access, if we needed it. The home was spotless and well organized and welcoming. It is a spacious unit with all the amenities you’d need for a visit to Port Townsend. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Check-in was incredibly easy thanks to the host’s detailed instructions.The mini kitchen was thoughtfully equipped with just enough essentials for our stay. Having a coffee maker and microwave was a great touch.We’ll definitely be back!

Teresa was so helpful and a great property manager. The apartment was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. She has a good sense of design and supplied the information we needed. If she would have us, will look forward to staying again when we attend the event in Sequim.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is just as inviting and comfortable as it appears from the photos. Communication with the hosts was above and beyond. We loved everything about the place but especially the birds and deer that visited the yard while we were there.

It was clean and large. Having the extra half bath was a bonus and the separate heat for the main bath was wonderful.

The pictures on Verbo did not do this property justice. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. A very nice neighborhood beautiful home and property and easy walk to town. We had a wonderful stay I wish it could have been longerTeresa and Scott are great hosts and nice folks.

Can't say enough good things about Teresa, our hostess. While not being intrusive, she was a very kind and supportive presence for us as my son and I dealt with the immediate aftermath of my husband's knee replacement. We loved all her special touches, the setting, the washer and dryer and the overall cleanliness. Thank you Teresa!!

Sense of spaciousness, nice to have second half bath, complete kitchen, quiet neighborhood, GREAT hosts! They let is check out late in the day as my husband was taking a woodworking class, which was very kind. The bed was too firm and dippy for me, but my husband was satisfied. The neighborhood is a huge plus- walking distance to the beach and two lovely parks plus quiet and filled with beautiful homes and gardens! Loved it!

This charming apartment is just minutes away from all that Port Townsend has to offer. It is clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and has everything you need. The hosts are lovely people. We would definitely stay here again.

I was absolutely thrilled to stay in this beautiful, peaceful, exceptionally clean studio apartment. Every single detail was perfect. Theresa and Scott have made sure your stay is just like being home. The Morgan Hill location is a prime location in Port Townsend. It’s close to Fort Worden, Chetzemoka Park, Downtown and the Point Hudson Marina. You can easily walk to all of these locations. The beds are very cozy with luxury bedding and mattress. The apartment has a separate kitchen, living room and bathroom. I could have easily stayed a month. Theresa was so kind and left a bottle of wine plus delicious muffins that were an added delight. Communication was outstanding and I’ll definitely be back!

Theresa’s place was the perfect base for our weekend in Port Townsend. We barely needed our car as we were able to access downtown and Fort Worden easily on foot.The apartment was comfortable and Theresa offered several nice touches to make us feel welcome.

Quiet and private apartment. Well kept. Deer reclined in the yard each morning and evening.

I came to PT to visit friends and didn't want to sleep on a couch. Upon arrival, was greeted by a 4 point buck and Teresa. The buck was unflappable. Teresa was delightful. Once inside, a bottle of wine and a muffin awaited me on the kitchen counter. As long as you don't need an ocean view, the basement apartment was perfect. Good light, good internet. Lots of different spaces that flowed well together. Really just the best VRBO I have ever stayed in.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and went beyond our expectations. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Comfortable bed, couch, thick clean towels, laundry, and coffee to state just a few of the positives.

Nice size apartment. Generous size rooms and bed was quite comfortable. Definitely would stay there again. Owner was quite good about checking in via text to see if we needed anything or had questions. They had compiled a notebook that had all sorts of information about restaurants and things to do in the area. It was an enjoyable stay.

This is a great unit in a lovely neighborhood about a fifteen or twenty minute walk to downtown. Teresa was great about communicating and was very hospitable. It’s a lot of square footage for a 1 bedroom!

This is a fantastic spot to stay if you plan on spending any time in Port Townsend! Super close to downtown and near a great little spot with a local grocery, pub, and the farmers market. The bed was super comfortable and everything we needed was pretty much there to use.

Teresa's Port Townsend apartment was even better than we expected. It was immaculate, had all of the amenities needed for cooking. The washer/dryer was such a time saver for us so we didn't need to go to the laundry mat. The bedding was comfortable. The location was perfect...quiet, beautiful, but close to the main street filled with awesome restaurants, cafes, & the waterfront. It was very clear that Teresa took amazing care of the property which made our stay extra comfortable. We will definately be back!

The hostess was over the top! She arranged for us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. She also left us a nice bottle of wine and delicious muffins for our breakfast. Kitchen was well stocked and appreciated the quality of the linens. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

This place was so so nice. We enjoyed the spacious rooms, the beautiful decor and the kindness of the hosts. Teresa and her husband put lots of effort into making the stay as pleasant as possible for their guests. It’s a short ride to Port Townsend and the area is very nice. We felt very safe there. We could frequently see deers and their babies infront of the kitchen window.

This charming, comfortable, well-appointed apartment is the literal definition of getting away from it all. This spacious one-bedroom quiet, cool enclave nestled beneath the hosts' home was perfect for us two over a three-day weekend in mid June. The place was so cool that we were happy to turn up the heat overnight. The kitchen and bedroom windows of this basement space look out to a covered patio and well-tended garden and yard. With the blinds closed the place stays very dark and restful. We were lazybones and slept very late. Our hosts were quiet as dormice at night. In the evening we happily snuggled on the cushy L-shaped sofa to enjoy our current Netflix binge via the hosts' guest account. We found a tray of chocolates and a binder containing very helpful tips about local activities, eateries and watering holes. The author obviously had my number! Among several good options the notes highlighted good coffee, good beer, burgers and fish and chips. A stacked washer and dryer in the large bathroom is a nice touch. There is a shower in the bathroom and that was just fine for us. Waste water from the bathroom is run through a clever pump system which will make a little noise now and again and one quickly gets accustomed to that. Our hosts were unfailingly gracious and attentive. We received clear check-in instructions via email and were able to stay in touch via text and email. A wonderful stay and we will happily return!

This was a perfect little getaway! They thought of everything, a delicious muffin, a nice bottle of wine. Delicious chocolates. Lots of choices for coffee and tea with half-and-half and bottled water in the fridge! It was comfortable, clean and beautifully appointed. Thank you so much!
