On the bottom floor of our home is the newly renovated one-bedroom apartment which comfortably sleeps two adults having a queen-size bed with luxury linens. Enjoy a new kitchen that is equipped with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and cookware. The living room has comfortable, cozy seating, dining table for 4, a wine bar and a Smart TV that includes Netflix, Amazon, YouTube TV and Hulu. The large bathroom has a washer/dryer for your convenience.
An outdoor area is provided with table and chairs--a great place for your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening.
Most likely you will be entertained by the "resident" deer that enjoy our neighborhood.

This Cozy Morgan Hill apartment was excellent, very comfortable and beautifully furnished, well apportioned for every comfort and need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this excellent location, walked to and from town more than once, and enjoyed the wooded park just around the corner. Teresa is a wonderful host and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We highly recommend this Morgan Hill property!

Teresa’s place was very clean and roomy. Great location in Port Townsend. Very walkable and quiet. Even provided a bottle of wine, coffee creamer and some fresh artisan muffins.

An absolutely LOVELY spacious one bedroom "suite" complete with all of the necessary amenities and then some. Plenty of room including a full kitchen (well stocked), dining table, living room, spacious bathroom and large comfortable bedroom. The outside sitting area is beautiful and it's the place to enjoy your morning cup of coffee (Keurig included along with a lovely freshly baked muffin) while watching the sun come up. The space is NEW and immaculate, a very well designed thoughtful suite with personal touches making for a very comfortable stay. You are walking distance from town (downhill heading into town but uphill coming back), taking about fifteen to twenty minutes each way. We drove down into town, two minutes max. There is parking right beside your entrance into the suite so loading and unloading is a piece of cake! Suggestions for meals or an evening out we would recommend Ichikawa Sushi Bar (excellent food, terrific service, incredibly fair prices) or the Uptown Pub (live music Sunday's, limited menu but excellent food, wonderful wait staff) and not to forget "Ground to Perfection Espresso Bar & Bakery" which is located next door to the ferry terminal, perfectly created coffees and lovely pastries for your ferry ride back to wherever. We were in town to experience the start of the "Race to Alaska" event in early June '26 and could not have asked for a better place to lay our heads or for more perfect weather. Our hosts were easy to work with and very kind! TY!
